Things to try
- As Sam (service writer): open Jobs, start a new job on a customer's boat and assign it to Jordan.
- Switch to Jordan (tech): open the same job, work through the checklist, add a note, then submit it for review.
- Back to Sam: review Jordan's work, add recommended work with prices, and send the report.
- Switch to Casey (customer): read the report, approve the recommendations, and sign the estimate that's waiting.
- Messages: Casey and the shop already have a conversation going. Reply on either side.
- Due for service and bookings: as Sam, see which customer boats are due and the booking proposed for Casey's boat.
- As Alex (shop admin): the team, the shop's checklists, settings and numbers.
Not in the demo: video calls, payments, texting real numbers and Google listings. First Mate (the AI helper) answers up to 10 questions.
